Sport and Functional Athletic Training

Athletes and active individuals will benefit from a comprehensive analysis of the demands of their sport or activity, along with a thorough examination of their training year and competition schedule. These factors will be integrated into the prescription of their training program.


Coach LaFleur will also include any information from the athlete's team coaching staff to better indentify the potential weakenesses of the athlete, and their priorities for training.

As well, Coach LaFleur will also work one on one with his athletes to ensure that their training objectives are met.
