Hydration Tip

If exercising, drink .6 multiplied by your body weight in pounds to optimize your hydration levels. When not exercising, .5 times your bodyweight is sufficient,
(ie; 160lbs runner: 160 x .6= 96 ounces of water. Simplified: 32 ounces in a liter, so this runner would need a minimum of 3 liters of water.

Jean will help you develop a health-centered home along with a health-centered kitchen. As a qualified nutritionist, Jean will assess his client's level of nutrition as well as any nutritional deficiencies and will assign a plan to restore the client's energy balance, optimal body compositon and performance needs.
As a nutritional researcher, Jean has spent many countless hours attending workshops, seminars and courses, as well as completing an equal amount of home study in the areas of clinical nutrition, sport nutrition, body composition enhancement, hormonal balancing, and macronutrient ratios.

Jean is a true advocat of organic foods, and supports all environmental friendly ways of producing and harvesting vegetables, fruits and livestock, dairy products, etc.
