The scope of an Athletic
Therapist includes the prevention, immediate care, and reconditioning of
musculoskeletal injuries.
Prevention includes
musculoskeletal and postural evaluation, warm-up, conditioning programs,
prophylactic and supportive taping, and, adapting activities of daily living.
