On-Site First Response Sport Event Coverage

HEATS was created originally as a field coverage service. Due to the overwhelming need and demand, "Happily Ever Active Therapy Services" answered the call to provide a safe and professional environment for the athletes to participate in.
This form of care includes on-field or sideline injury assessment, basic emergency life support, recognition and management of acute traumatic neurological dysfunction, provision of first aid, and preparation for entrance into an appropriate health care delivery system.
All of our HEATS providers have First Responder training and or certification, along with having extensive experience in the field of athletic therapy. HEATS providers are truly an advocat for the athlete. With an accurate decision of the severity of the injury, the HEATS provider determines the best course of action for the athlete at the time, and effectively manages each situation according to the standards set our by the C.A.T.A.- Canadian Athletic Therapists Association, and the O.A.T.A.- Ontario Athletic Therapists Association.
